Shipping policy

At Sugar Rush Lane®, we take great care to ensure your candy arrives quickly, safely, and as sweet as ever! Please review our processing and shipping policies below before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or holidays. Candy will be mixed together unless individual packaging is requested at checkout.

Backordered Items

Some products are restocked on a rolling basis. In rare cases, restocks may be delayed due to customs holds or transit issues beyond our control. If your order contains a backordered item, it will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Methods (U.S. Only)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

  • Standard: 4–6 business days via USPS/UPS
  • Express: 2–3 business days via UPS (Order by Noon ET; processing begins same day)
  • Priority: 1–2 business days via UPS (Order by Noon ET; processing begins same day)

Please note:

  • Standard shipping orders may require 7–10 business days for processing.
  • Express and Priority orders are typically processed within 72 hours.
  • Larger or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Freight Forwarding Addresses

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Regulatory changes

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, it will be automatically removed from your order. You will receive store credit equal to the value of the missing item. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase. We do not substitute out-of-stock items unless pre-approved by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If you encounter an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your tracking information shows no updates or your package appears lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days of the last tracking activity. We’ll do our best to assist in filing a claim or exploring available options.

Requests for refunds or reshipments made more than 30 days after the shipping date may not be eligible for resolution, as carrier claim windows and tracking data are time-sensitive.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, including charges incurred for returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has shipped.
